The RH Trade Program is a membership program for design, architecture & build professionals, working on single-residential projects. It includes the following benefits:

COMPLIMENTARY DISCOUNT and RH CREDIT CARD FINANCING: We offer 25% off all full-price merchandise and 20% off all sale merchandise to our RH Trade Members. We also offer preferred financing options for our RH Trade Members using the RH Credit Card.

DESIGN SUPPORT: Our interior design services support your business and offer unparalleled time value, allowing  for seamless collaboration and partnership. Beginning at the schematic stage, we offer a range of design services, including 2D CAD floor plans and elevations, moodboard and material packages, and full scale presentations to showcase your vision.

GALLERY EXPERIENCE: Extending our gallery as a designated meeting space gives our clients an engaging setting to experience our product assortment firsthand, collaborate one on one with our design experts, access product specifications, and imagine new ideas to inspire their current projects. With dedicated presentation rooms,an active design atelier and a vast swatch library, as well as RH restaurants within our hospitality galleries, RH Trade offers an exceptional, elevated experience for our clients to be inspired and achieve their project goals.

Yes! Each of our galleries is represented by  a dedicated Trade Team to support your business with tailored communication and proactive project management. You may partner with a dedicated Trade Associate by contacting your local RH Gallery.

Our RH Trade program is offered to residential interior designers and decorators, architects, landscape designers, licensed general contractors, and professional home stagers and stylists who work directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects. 

The RH Trade program is available exclusively to businesses in the residential and home improvement sector. If your business falls outside of these parameters, we invite you to join the RH Members Program to receive exclusive pricing and benefits.

If you are a single-family residential production, custom builder, multi-family residential developer, professional contractor or interior design firm working with residential developers, our RH Contract team is available to support your business needs. To cancel or opt out of your RH Trade Account, please call our RH Trade Client Service Team at 877.733.6200, or email Trade@RH.com.

Select in-stock, non-furniture items may be expedited at an additional cost. Please contact your local RH Trade Team for item availability.

If you have unique project requirements, please contact your local RH Trade Team to discuss the available options for special shipping.

When your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include tracking information. Furniture deliveries are coordinated by your local RH Home delivery provider, taking your preferences and needs into consideration when scheduling. You may also call your local RH Trade Team for additional support.

Shipping times vary by product and selected delivery method. For the most accurate information, contact your local RH Trade Team.

RH Trade orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied with, within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted on any monogrammed or personalized items, special order items, mattresses and foundations once vendor packaging is removed, or if they are final sale and clearance items. To make a return, please contact your local RH Trade Team.

The price reflected in your order confirmation will reflect your applied RH Trade discount.

Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, RH Trade will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.

We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note: all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of RH Trade and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number, we also require a copy of the completed certificate. You may submit this to Trade@RH.com and reference your Trade account number.

Yes, you may apply for the RH Credit Card online or in a gallery. An applicant's personal credit is reviewed during the application process. Online applications may be approved instantly for a credit limit of up to $15,000. Gallery applications may be approved instantly for a credit limit up to $150,000.

For your convenience, we accept RH Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro-forma invoice. Please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.

No. The RH Trade discount is not applicable to items in our Outlets or Hospitality spaces.

Yes, you may add multiple authorized contacts to your RH Trade Account through your local Trade Team. You also have the option to email their first and last names, position with the company, email address and phone number to Trade@RH.com to make the adjustment. Your authorized user(s) will have full access to place orders online and in the gallery with our dedicated Trade teams.

Yes. You are able to place your Trade orders online. Using your RH Trade credentials (RH Trade Account Number and associated email address), you can sign in here to place your orders online using your RH Trade program discount. 

RH Trade program pricing will be reflected when you place items in your cart. If you are making a purchase for the purposes of resale and have tax documentation on file, you may opt to waive the taxes on your online order. Please note, your order will be placed on a short hold while we validate the tax exemption documentation.

You may request a formal quote and place orders by connecting with the dedicated Trade Team in your local gallery via email or phone.

We do not currently offer rental or loan of our products.

Yes! We offer complimentary fabric swatches and a wide variety of our wood, metal and stone finish and rug samples. These are available to purchase online or directly with the Trade Team based at your local gallery. Contact your local RH Trade Team for any questions on our current sample inventory.
