- Can I place an RH Trade order online?
Yes! You are able to place your Trade orders online. With your RH Trade account number, you can sign in here to place your orders online using your RH Trade program discount. You'll need to provide your RH Trade credentials (your RH Trade number and associated email address to sign in and begin shopping). RH Trade program pricing will be reflected when you place items in your cart. If you are making a purchase for the purposes of resale, and have tax documentation on file, you may opt to waive the taxes on your online order. Please note that your order will be placed on a short hold while we validate the tax exemption documentation.
- How do I place an order or receive a quote?
You may request a quote or place orders by partnering with a Trade Sales Associate in your local gallery, or by reaching out to your dedicated Trade Project Specialist Team by calling 877.733.6200 Monday-Friday 6am-7pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Which industries and professions qualify for the RH Trade program?
Our RH Trade program is offered to residential interior designers, licensed general contractors, architects, and professional home stagers who work directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects. The program is not open to businesses not focused on the residential design and home improvement segment. If your business does not qualify for the RH Trade program, you can enjoy other benefits by joining our RH Members Program.
If you are a single-family residential production or custom builder, multi-family residential developer, professional contractor or interior design firm working with residential developers, you should contact our RH Contract team to support your business. - May I add another person to my RH Trade Account?
Yes, you may add authorized contacts to your RH Trade Account. Email their first and last names, position with the company, email address and phone number to Trade@RH.com. Please allow two business days for your account to be updated. Your authorized users will have full access to place orders online, in gallery, and with our Trade Project Specialist team.
- Do I receive an RH Trade card?
No. Once your Trade application has been processed and verified, you will receive a welcome email that includes your account number. Processing takes 48-72 hours.
- Is the RH Trade program discount valid at Outlet locations?
No. With an RH Trade account you can enjoy their 25% savings on full-priced merchandise, and 10% on sale merchandise online and in our galleries. The discount is not applicable to items in our Outlets.
- How can I cancel my RH Trade account or opt out of the program?
To cancel or opt out of your RH Trade Account, please call our RH Trade team at 877.733.6200, or email us at Trade@RH.com.

- How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept RH Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice. Please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.
- Can I join the RH Trade program and also be eligible for the RH Credit Card?
Yes, you may apply for the RH Credit Card online or in a gallery. An applicant's personal credit is reviewed during the application processing. Online applications may be approved instantly for a credit limit of up to $15,000. Gallery applications may be approved instantly for a credit limit up to $150,000.
- Does RH Trade charge sales tax?
Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, RH Trade will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.
We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of RH Trade and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the completed certificate. You may submit this to Trade@RH.com and reference your trade account number.
- How will I know that I received my RH Trade discount?
The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your RH Trade discount.
- What is the RH Trade return policy?
RH Trade orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied with within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted on any monogramed or personalized items or on custom furniture. To make a return please call an RH Trade representative at 877.733.6200.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

- How do I track my order?
When your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will include tracking information. Furniture deliveries are coordinated via your local RH home delivery provider. You may also call an RH Trade representative at 877.733.6200 or email Trade@RH.com to request an update.
- Can RH Trade process special shipping requests?
If you have unique project requirements, please contact our RH Trade representatives at 877.733.6200 to discuss options.
- Can I expedite my order?
Certain in stock, non-furniture items may be expedited at an additional cost. Please contact an RH Trade representative at 877.733.6200 for further information.
- Does RH Trade offer fabric swatches, or wood finish and rug samples?

- Does RH Trade rent or loan furniture?
We do not offer rental or loan of our products.
