RH Contract - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)
- Why should I use RH Contract for my large-scale project?
RH Contract offers curated design and luxury furnishings for the global hospitality, commercial and multi-unit residential environments. As a single-source supplier, we are uniquely positioned in the industry to fulfill all aspects of a project, which saves you time and money.
- Are these the same products as those in the RH Galleries?
The Contract division specifically sells product that meets codes and other requirements particular to the Contract environment. In addition, all of our bath, outdoor, lighting and hardware products utilize the same commercial-quality materials and assembly to ensure durability and longevity. Some of these products are available in our retail locations, but many unique products have been designed specifically for the needs of our Contract customers and are available only through your Contract sales team.
- Do you offer product customization?
Modifications, including the use of COM, may be available on some of our products if your order meets a minimum quantity. Cushions and umbrellas can be made from your own specified materials, and umbrellas can feature your company's logo. Call your regional territory leader to see if a particular piece of furniture can be modified for your needs.
- Who qualifies to be a member of RH Contract?
Your potential membership as a Contract customer will be determined by your business. The Contract division is designed specifically for hospitality, commercial or multi-unit residential projects. Purchases made through the Contract team can be made for these projects only by clients that have an approved membership.
- Will I qualify for membership if I work on both single and multi-unit residential projects?
Your membership as a Contract customer will be determined based on the number of projects that are single or multi-unit. To provide you with the best possible service, your individual orders may be handled by either the Contract or Trade teams, based on the project scope.
- Will I get a membership card?
Because you'll be working directly with our Contract team, there is no need for a membership card. You will receive a membership number to reference with your Contract territory leader.
