HOW TO WORK WITH US - MULTI-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPERS, HOSPITALITY & COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
If you are a Residential developer working on multi-unit residential development projects, then we encourage you to work directly with our dedicated Restoration Hardware -Trade sales team. This is a team of regionally based residential trade experts, who all have the capability to quote on and project manage larger, more complex multi-unit residential development orders.
If you work in the Hospitality or Commercial sectors as a designer, architect, property owner, property manager or procurement specialist, then we also encourage you to work directly with our dedicated Restoration Hardware -Trade sales team. Everyone in our sales team has experience working in the hospitality/commercial segment and understands the special dynamics and challenges of Hospitality and Commercial projects.
Residential multi-unit developer, Hospitality & Commercial large-scale trade projects
Our Restoration Hardware -Trade sales team can work with you to find the best solution for your large-scale projects, including often tailoring products and delivery options to meet your requirements and being open to finding additional ways that we can help make your project a success. In working directly with the Restoration Hardware-Trade sales team, the following offers and contract pricing are available to you (these are not available via our stores, Restoration Hardware-Trade customer service team or online):
Special Orders: All of our Residential multi-unit developer, Hospitality, Commercial customers are encouraged to order in bulk. We determine our pricing on a project-by-project basis. Depending on the product and large quantity you require, our special order pricing can be anywhere from 30%-40% discount from full retail, or greater. Our lead time for special trade orders is approximately 120 days.
Quick Ship: While our standard Restoration Hardware -Trade lead time for delivering most products is 120 days, we realize that Residential multi-unit developer, Hospitality, Commercial customers often need products more urgently. We have a core range of Quick Ship bath and outdoor products in stock at all times that can be delivered to your project within 1-2 weeks. Our quick-ship products are offered at a 30-35% discount from full retail.
Trade-only Promotions: We run many trade-only promotions throughout the year. The product is in stock and the discount is usually about 30-35% off full retail. We may have upward of 50 units of a product available, and there is no minimum order required. Promotional pricing is while supplies last.
Samples and Model Products: We use stock set aside for our retail business to satisfy our Residential multi-unit developer, Hospitality, Commercial customer's requirements for samples and model room/home products. These products are offered at a 10-20% discount from full retail.
