SALE POLICIES
Our Warehouse Sale policies are as follows:

  • Merchandise is sold as-is and all sales are final, with no exceptions.
  • Quantities are limited to stock on hand; shop early for best selection.
  • Discounts are calculated from original retail store prices or current retail store prices, whichever is higher.
  • Warehouse sale pricing and/or discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, other promotional coupons or other offers.
  • Cash, credit cards, personal checks, and gift certificates are accepted with valid identification. Corporate checks will not be accepted.
  • Any missing parts, pieces or other materials will not be available through Restoration Hardware.
  • Customers must measure their entryways, access points and furniture to ensure pieces will fit in their homes.
  • Customers must pick up merchandise, or arrange for delivery on the day of purchase.
  • Home delivery of your purchase may be arranged on site through an independent delivery carrier for an additional fee.
  • We cannot guarantee that your particular zip code will have delivery available.
  • Please check with the on site delivery carrier to confirm that your zip code is included in the delivery area.
  • Restoration Hardware cannot take responsibility for damage incurred after merchandise leaves warehouse.
  • Damage claims are between the customer and the delivery company.

  • Merchandise not claimed by the end of the day will be returned to stock.
  • Customers who paid via credit card will have their charges credited back to their cards.
  • Customers who paid via cash or check will receive a check from the Company within 10 business days.
  • Customers must bring their own tools to disassemble merchandise and come prepared with tie-downs, blankets and other supplies
  • to load and secure the merchandise as none will be available on site.
  • Due to insurance requirements, we cannot load and/or secure product into or onto customers' vehicles.
