OUR COLLECTION OF SOURCE BOOKS
IS MAILED ONCE A YEAR.

Our 13 Source Books are published just once a year and shipped in a single package. These books serve as a design library for customers to reference for inspiration throughout the year.

2

OUR PAPER IS FOREST CERTIFIED.

We purchase PEFC*-certified paper to print our annual Source Books, ensuring that what we use comes from sustainable sources. This PEFC-certified paper is sourced exclusively from sustainably managed forests in North America.

PEFC's rigorous standards include the following requirements: safeguarding ecologically important forest areas, protecting and enhancing biodiversity, as well as prohibiting forest conversions, most hazardous chemicals and genetically modified trees.

* PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), an international non-profit organization, is the world's largest woodlands certification system with over 240 million hectares of forest in 30 countries certified to PEFC standards.

3

WE ARE THE FOUNDING SPONSOR OF THE VERSO FOREST CERTIFICATION GRANT PROGRAM.

The Verso Forest Certification Grant Program enables forests to be harvested and replanted responsibly. We are the founding sponsor and only retailer involved in this program to date.

The Verso Paper grant program is aimed at increasing certified paper fiber and certified acreage on lands near their mills. The program provides start-up funding to encourage and assist landowners, consulting foresters and other stakeholders in developing innovative new projects that will help expand and maintain certification in Verso's wood procurement zones. These responsibly managed and harvested forests will be continually replanted for long-term sustainability.

OUR SHIPPING IS CARBON NEUTRAL.

We recognize that shipping our Source Books has an impact on the environment. That's why we've collaborated with UPS® to lessen our footprint and ship UPS carbon neutral. UPS purchases certified carbon (CO2) offsets on our behalf to balance out the emissions produced by the shipping of our Source Books - effectively neutralizing or mitigating the impact of our deliveries. UPS has supported projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment and methane destruction. For further information on this program, visit ups.com and www.carbonneutral.ups.com.

RH's carbon offsets support the following reforestation program located in Mendocino County in northern California. Visit www.conservationfund.org/projects/garcia-river-forest/ for more information.
