Vintage Eye Charts: Tumbling E

Using a 12-color printing process, we've created a variation of the eye chart first developed by Dutch opthalmologist Herman Snellen in 1862. Printed on acid-free coated paper with off-white lettering and a black background for striking contrast, our chart is aged, then displayed within a distressed wood frame for an authentic vintage look.
